How to convert PDF tables to Excel

Copying numbers out of a PDF by hand is painful. Toolify pulls tabular data into an .xlsx file you can open in Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice.

Step by step

   Upload the PDF

   Open the PDF to Excel tool and add your document.

   Convert

   Click Process. Toolify detects the tabular data and builds a spreadsheet.

   Download the Excel file

   Download the .xlsx and edit the rows and columns.
