File processing
Most tools run in your browser and process files locally; nothing is uploaded. Server tools (Office conversions, OCR, compress, repair) upload the file over an encrypted connection, process it, and delete it automatically shortly after (usually within minutes). We keep no copies.
Data we collect
No account is required to use the tools. If you sign up, we store your email and plan to manage access. We collect anonymous, aggregated usage metrics (analytics) to improve the service.
Processors we use
We rely on: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (accounts), our own worker for server conversions, and — for AI tools — Anthropic to process the text. Each processes data only to provide its service.
Cookies and advertising
We use first-party cookies for preferences and, with your consent, third-party cookies (Google AdSense) for advertising. You can decline them in the cookie notice or manage them in your browser.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request access, rectification or erasure of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing hola@toolify.app.

We may update this policy; the current version and its date will always be published here.
